I'd never even heard of this game until I started TGR. It's a G'NG puzzle game that was released in 1996 in Japan. According to Johnny Undaunted, it's apparently an adaption of a computer game called The Incredible Machine by Dynamix.

More info from geelw: This game is WEIRD! Not a platformer at all, but a game where you have to clear stages by placing items from a list on one side of the screen on the game screen, then hitting a start key. It's like creating a Rube Goldberg device for each area!
